Directory Listings

The Bid Opportunity content type allows for the addition of Bid Opportunities in the Economic Development section of the website. The Tenders page displays both current, and previous opportunities.

Adding Directory Listings

Once logged in, from the Drupal Admin toolbar navigated to Content > Add Content > Directory Listings.

Input the following fields:

• Title: Add a title for your Bid Opportunity.
• Content: Visit Page content type to view a complete run-down of all Content Row options.

Additional Options

1. Directory Listing Types: Select the type of Directory Listing
   • Exclude from Directory: Email and website details may be excluded from the contact directory by selecting the Exclude from Directory checkbox.
2. Related Content: Allows to link content to an existing contact content type.
   • Related Contact: This enables you to include information for a Contact relevant to the content.
3. Phone Number(s)
   • Phone
4. Website & Email
   • Website: Include the URL and Link Text 
5. Page Management: Thi section allows you to leave notes on the back end.
   • Content Status: Select the option on the drop-down menu that best describes the information on the Content note.
   • Content Note: Use this content block to write down any relevant notes regarding the page.

Editing a Contact

1. To edit a Directory Listings, click on Content in the Drupal toolbar.
2. Filter by content type Directory Listings.
3. Click to edit the Directory Listings.
4. Make sure you select to publish the page and click on the Save button.

Advanced Page Settings

Settings for URL redirects, meta tagging and menu management can be found on the right-hand margin when editing or creating a new Page or content type. Visit Advanced Settings Instructions. ​​​​​​​
